September 2010 Newsletter

It has been six months!   We  can  hardly  believe  that  we  have  been  here  in  Malawi  for  six  months already!    After  half  a  year  of ministry  at  Village  of  Hope  Malawi,  all  we  can  do  is  thank  God  for  giving  us  the opportunity to share our lives with the children of Village of Hope.  Without God, there would be no reason to be here  and  without  our  partners  we  wouldn’t  be  here.    Thank  you  for making  it  possible  for  us  to  be  God’s  hand extended here in Malawi….     The Village of Hope exists to provide "HOPE...FOR THEIR FUTURE" - a place of safety for orphans and for impoverished children, in response to the overwhelming AIDS statistics in the southern Africa region today. As a joint project of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Malawi, the dream is to 12 orphan homes (with 8 children in each), a school, church, farm, medical clinic and community outreach.
